As a quick fix, I doubled it this morning. It does need to be:
- Between 20x20 and 90x90
- The limit is now set at 12kb (I'll look into this more later) as this can be limited elsewhere (so I have to look into it).

If I remember correctly from my days of running a message board the upload limit may also be controlled by the user group settings.
