I have a Vertex jacket from SHIFT in size Medium. Will most likely fit a guy that runs a size 52 suit, etc...

that size 52 is a 'metric' size.. Shift med jackets fit me perfect, i wear a 39R-40R sportcoat/suit, and yeah, that's a NICE jacket!!
