haha...that reminds me...after a trackday or race or whatever....anyone else daydream about "man I shoulda braked here, shoulda got on the throttle there, why'd I apex that turn so early, if only I went a little faster thru that turn" for days afterwards?

still thinking about goofs and flaws in my riding from the jennings weekend a month ago

You're probably better off finding a trackday org that rents leathers and boots, and then posting up in their forum asking if any of the members will rent you a bike.

One of hte WERA guys started a thread about possibly renting the bikes he no longer races, but doesn't want to sell.

Personally, I don't see how it's a profitable business model. I really WANT it to be, so I can start a bike rental business and make a living going to track days on weekends... But without even crunching the numbers, I just don't see people paying $300 a day to ride a bike that's cheap enough for you to profit on that... I mean, tire expenses alone are probably $75/day conservatively.

STAR School rents bikes. Or, at least they did last year. They have a two day event at Blackhawk Farms. Not sure about gear though. But, as it's been said. Used gear is cheap
