I'm new to the Ohio scene and wanted to know where I can find a school or track that provides a bike? I sold all my gear to go to school and need to rent everything but helmet. Anyone help me out I'd sure appreciate it.

Are there any schools that rent bikes and gear for their track events? I've looked online and can't find any. I'm looking at tracks within a four hour radius of me.
Jennings has the Ed Bargy (spell) race school an the also rent out suits, not sure about the helmet, gloves, and boots also have to have your own bike. But as trumpet found out its not a riding school it's a race school.
Also there is balance dynamics in Walton, Kentucky it's ran by vroomr6 and his father. They have bikes you can use but you need your own jacket helmet gloves and boots.

To finish first, first you must finish!
Actually they had bikes for rent at jennings...its like $350 a day.
Just don't see the cost effectiveness of all this tho, the school, gear, bike rental fees etc. Shop right and you can get all the gear you need for less than $500 and a dedicated track bike for $1500-$2000.
I mean, what are you gonna do when you're done? Still gotta get gear and a bike...might as well just work towards that then sign up for a school. At least you'll have equity in your expenses if its not your thing.
^^^ That.
You gotta pay to play. Anyplace that does rent out everything you need (Maybe Mid-O's Ride KTM thing or equivalent?) will hit you over $500 by the time you get into rental leathers and a rental bike and everything else. And you walk away with none of it afterwards. It really is pricey.

There was a place in SoCal that had bikes and gear for about $600 or so for two days. Only reason I'm looking for a race school is so I can get back on the track. Haven't been in a couple years and I need to scratch the itch. Got to keep head in the books for now and buying one will be too distracting. Thank y'all for the help.
in that case what size are you and what is your riding history like...I'll let you use all my shit at the next track weekend for $500. if you want it to feel real authentic we'll even do up a release waiver holding you financially responsible for the bike and any damages incurred if applicable :P
bust of luck mang, stay in skool!
haha, might take you up that offer. Skills are novice. Been tweaking like a phein and need to get me fix...
